Welcome to Lalaby. Following general sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from Lalaby ApS. When you are shopping with us you automatically accept our sales conditions. This is why we advise you to read through all of the below mentioned terms and conditions before you start to shop on lalaby.com.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

At Lalaby we aim to deliver quickly, therefore all orders placed before 10.00 am are usually shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. During busy periods, we will do our very best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail directly from the courier. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
The freight charge depends on geography and method.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Vi gladly return your product or exchange it for a different size or different product. If you wish to return or exchange your Lalaby product(s), download the return form HERE, print, fill out and send the item(s) back in the original bag/box and notify us with your request at support@lalaby.com. Remember to include the return form in the box.

All exchanges must be sent no later than 14 days from the day you received your package.

If you do not collect your package, we take the liberty to debit all freight expenses from your account, once the package returns.

Lalaby is not able to make changes to your order after it has been completed. Please make sure that everything is correct before you check out.

 

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item from lalaby.com as a gift you do not want, you can return it and exchange for another item of the same value within 14 days from the day the package was received.

Download the return form HERE, print, fill out and send it back together with the item(s) you want to exchange. In case you want a more expensive item you have the option of paying the difference as well as shipment fees. You can also choose to return the gift in turn of a store credit, or another gift card. Both must be used within 12 months.
We cannot return any money as only the credit card used to purchase the item(s) can be credited.

 

COMPLAINTS

All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects or deficiencies are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear, your right to complain is renounced. Lalaby does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

 

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

In order to make a purchase at lalaby.com, following information is required: Name, address, phone number and email address.

We register your personal information with the objective to deliver the product to you. When personal information is gathered on our website, we make sure that it is done with your explicit consent. Thus, you will be informed on exactly which information is collected and why. We do not encrypt the stored data. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to Lalaby ApS will not be passed on or sold to a third party and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As a registered person, you will always have the right to raise objections to being registered. Additionally, you have the right to an insight into the registered information about you. These rights are in accordance to the Danish Data Protection Agency and any inquiry in this regard can be directed to Lalaby ApS via support@lalaby.com
